Payoff method

Convention: interest is added monthly at APR/12, then you pay every minimum plus any extra. Extra (and freed minimums after a debt is cleared) go to the focus debt. Avalanche attacks highest APR first; snowball attacks smallest opening balance first. Order is not re-sorted each month.
